    PittFIT
    Our original 60-minute class that incorporates high-intensity interval training and a variety of movements including complex gymnastics and weightlifting.

    HiitFIT
    This class will build your engine, burn fat and tone your body with a high-energy workout, utilizing functional body weight movements and light to moderate loads. You'll never see a barbell in this class, ever.                              

    Open Gym
    This is a time for athletes to come in and work on strength, skills or cardio they would like to fine tune.  There will be a coach in the room, but this is not a formally coached class.
